The sun was shining and a blue sky overhead with Robins and Blackbirds chattering away.
I planted some very leggy Broadbeans that get taller by the day in my little lean to off the house and some more seeds in between. I weeded and hoed and raked and enjoyed clearing. The soil is still too wet really to do much but the Shepherds Purse had gone nuts so I got rid of as much as possible. The Raspberries are shooting all over the place so I cleared around them to let in the light.
All in all it's not looking too bad despite the lack of attention it has received.
Planning on archways along the central path to try Runner beans/climbing Nasturtiums over the top, should be good. Lots of seed to sow in the coming weeks including Mini Pop corn for the monkeys and Kale for Neil. Edible flowers for me and hopefully enough for home and the plot to enjoy in both places.
